NO. The "high" effect comes from THC and the CBD extract in our products has ZERO % THC. 

THC or tetrahydrocannabidiol is one of at least 113 cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant and the main component of marijuana. While it's healing benefits are equal to that of CBD, it is favorited because its psychoactive properties are responsible for getting people high. We decided to focus solely on the healing benefits of cannabis, so there is NO THC in any of our products.

Generally, CBD products that contain less than 0.3% THC is simply classified as hemp under federal law according to the 2014 Farm Bill, making it legal to possess and distribute. However, CBD taken internally is not "legal in all 50 states". As of 2018, CBD is legal for recreational use in the following states: Alaska, California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.

Shea Med cannot accept returns or apply refunds if butter-based products, like our Better Butter for example, are left outside to melt. However, you should not be discouraged.
